Ingredients
32 oz Ground beef 1 cup Oats, Quaker 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 4 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Makes about 18 muffins sized portions. Bake for 20-25 mins in muffin tins.
