Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .25 tsp Salt 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
Directions
Blend all ingredients really well. Pour into 8 muffin tins and bake for 30 minutes at 375.
