Ingredients
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 3 oz Cheese: Mozzerella, Fresh 1 tsp Garlic Salt 2 tbsp Bicks Onion Relish (by BESSLEAL) 2 serving cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend (1 oz or 1/4 cup) 6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 4 serving Aldi Specially Selected Naan (1/2 naan) (by SUGGYS)
Directions
Brush olive oil on flatbread sprinkle garlic salt, Break up one slice of mozz cheese on each flat bread . Sautee chicken in pan with cooking spray, Slice onion and peppers and add to chicken, add onion relish and simmer. when chicken and veggies are done cut up one breast for each flatbread and put veggies on evenly. top with diced tomatoes and parmesan and italian cheeses and bake on 350 for 12-15 min
