Ingredients
224 grams Chicken Livers 6 tbsp Butter, salted 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 4 oz Port (wine) (by EAGLEBIKER38913)
Directions
Saute livers with onion and seasoning, flambe with port wine and/or brandy, add 3 tbsp butter, puree with cream and remaining butter.
