PB & chocolate loaded oat cookies

Ingredients
1 cup Oatmeal, uncooked, Quaker Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, .5 cup dry 1/4 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 cup Wheat bran, crude 1/4 cup PBfit peanut butter powder 0.25 cup Granulated Sugar 0.3 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 1/8 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1/4 cup Egg White (Naturegg Simply Egg Whites) Per 1/4 cup (about 2 whites) 1/8 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 2 tbsp Kraft - 100% All Natural Peanut Butter 3/4 cup Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oats, flour, bran, and powdered peanut butter, and 1/2 tsp baking soda in a medium bowl. In a medium bowl, cream peanut butter, sugars, and applesauce. Add milk and egg whites. Beat until combined. Add oat mixtures. Beat just until blended. Stir in chocolate. Drop tablespoons full of dough on a baking sheet that has been sheeted with parchment paper. Bake in the middle of the oven for 7-9 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
