Grandma's Turkey Meat Loaf

Ingredients
20.8 oz. pkg. Ground Turkey (93% lean)8 oz. Lean Ground Pork1/4 C. Egg Beater1/2 C. Onions3 slices lite bread, crumbled1/2 C. Salsa2 dashes Black Pepper1/4 tsp. Oregano1/4 tsp. No Salt Seasoning
Directions
Mix thoroughly. Spray pan of choice and shape into meat loaf. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375 F. or until done in center. Makes 8 servings of 4 ounces cooked weight.
For something different and for quick cooking, spray muffin pans and scoop mixture with ice cream scoop. Will make about 16 and will cook in much less time.
