Ingredients
1.5 cup Muir Glen Organic Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes (by DONNAINHOUSTON) 3.5 serving S&W organic black beans drained1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) diced1 tbsp Canola Oil 1 clove Garlic minced.5 tsp Coriander seed 1 tsp Cumin seed .5 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Oregano, ground 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
Directions
in medium skillet, heat oil over medium high. add garlic and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add peppers, beans, tomatoes, and spices. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently. Add in lime juice and cook an additional 2 minutes.
