I made this using garlic powder instead of a clove (in absence of a blender) and mixed it in a bowl. I added lemon juice and some black pepper -- AMAZING! - 5/12/09

Hi. I have a question, please. What is the size of the serving? Is it 2 Tbsp. of the dressing? Is it 1/3 cup of the dressing? It says there's 8 servings to the recipe and the nutrition facts are based on a serving........but how much of the dressing is considered a serving? THANKS MUCH - 5/6/12

Good question re. the serving size. Since it lists 8 servings, and 16 TBSP are once cup, a single serving would be more than 2 TBSP, since there is an avocado in addition to a cup of yogurt. I'm guessing somewhere around 2 1/2 TBSP? - 8/28/18

Seemed like it is missing something so I added pepper, salsa, and half of a lime juiced. Better but still needs something. - 8/16/16

How long do you think I could keep it? I think adding lemon or lime would help preserve it. - 9/25/12
