16 oz Tilapia filet 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 60 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 1 oz (20 halves) Pecans 1 tsp Garlic powder 0.25 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Mix Panko garlic powder and pecans lace in bowl. Dredge tilapia in flour dip in milk put in bread crumbs heat oil in pan cook til done 10 minutes or so Serving Size: 2 servings
