Chicken Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast tenderloins1 lb Velveeta1 sleeve snack crackers, crushed32 oz California style frozen veggies1/4 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light
Directions
Cook chicken in saucepan or microwave. Cook veggies until tender then add diced chicken. Add cubed Velveeta and cover until melted, stirring occasionally. While cheese is melting, melt butter in microwave and add crushed crackers. Pour vegetable chicken cheese mixture into 8x13 casserole dish. Cover with cracker butter mixture. Bake in oven preheated to 350° for 30-45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
