0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated2.0 tbsp Sour Cream2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tsp Garlic powder2.0 tsp Onion powder2.0 tsp Oregano, ground1.0 tsp Pepper, black0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne1.0 tbsp Basil1.0 tsp Salt32.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
Mix all ingredients well, adjust seasonings to taste. Roll into balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 F oven for 20 minutes or until done. May brown on stove top if desired. Use in sauce or as you wish.
