1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 1 cup Beans, red kidney 3 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Vegetable Broth 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average Salt pepper garlic
Directions
Put all ingredients in pot except spinach cook until tender then add spinach
