Ingredients
2 serving ~STARKIST Chunk Light Tuna in water (2.6oz Pouch) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 serving Pork Rinds(Pork Skins)(1/2 oz) 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
Pulse the pork rinds in a food processor until they become small crumbs.
In a small bowl combine all the ingredients and mix it until it's fully combined.
Separate the mixture into 4 equal parts and press the dough into small round patties.
Fry the tuna patties in oil for a few minutes on each side (until golden brown).
Serve warm and enjoy!
