1.75 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium1.5 cup Peas and carrots, frozen0.75 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen0.75 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry0.25 cup Olive Oil1.0 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)2.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime1.0 tbsp Cilantro, dried0.5 tsp Chili powder4.0 tsp hot sauce - Cholula hot sauce5.0 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard0.5 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
Combine the liquid ingredients and whisk until blended. Cook the quinoa. Drain the beans. Briefly heat the frozen veggies. Combine all the ingredients, using as much of the vinaigrette as you like (I usually have 2-3 tablespoons left).
