LOW CARB CABBAGE CASSEROLE

Ingredients
1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving Clove of Garlic (by BCOH1478) 0.75 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 0.25 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat 1 tbsp Low fat cream cheese 1 serving Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix 1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. shred onion, garlic and green cabbage using a sharp knife.
2. Heat a large frying pan and add the butter, sauté the vegetables until softened about 8 - 10 minutes. Add cream, sour cream, cream cheese and spices. Stir thoroughly and let simmer for another 5 - 10 minutes.
3. Add to a greased baking dish, sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and has turned a golden color.
