Ingredients
1.5 # Ground Round 90% Lean 1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 3/4 cup Minute White Rice (uncooked) (by GRIFF1234) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 tsp Mrs. Dash Table Blend Seasoning (by TWINMOM4BOYS) .25 tsp Salt black pepper 1/2 C water 2 8 oz cans Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added 10 leaf, large Cabbage, fresh
Directions
Remove 10 large outside leaves from cabbage head and soften in boiling water. Cook rice in 3/4 C water and cool slightly. Chop onion. Place rice, meat, egg, seasoning and 1/4 C water in a large bown and mix thoroughly. Make into 10 oblong balls. Wrap each ball in a cabbage leaf and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix tomato sauce and remaining 1/4 C water together and pour over cabbage rolls, bake at 350 for 50 - 60 minutes Serving Size: 4 meatballs to a serving, makes 6 servings
