OK Beef Strogonoff

Ingredients
2 3/4 lb Beef Top Round Steak, cut into 1" pieces12 oz Portabella Mushrooms, sliced1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw; chopped1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup 4 fl oz White Wine 2 cup Wegmans Beef Culinary Stock (by STRADLEY) 1 cup Wegmans Greek yogurt plain 0% (by SUPERCRAFTY) 1TBSP Ginger Root, chopped fine1 TBSP Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 2 cloves garlic, minces
Directions
Just put everything except the Greek yogurt in the slow cooker for 4-5 hours. Add the yogurt 1/2 hour before serving.
For a good serving idea, serve over spiralized zuccini .
