Dates Almonds Cupcakes

4 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw .75 cup Corn Oil .5 cup Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Salt 2 cup Flour, white 2 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Baking Soda 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground .5 tsp Cardamom, ground .75 cup, sliced Almonds 1 cup, pitted, chopped Dates 1 cup Milk, 1%
- heat the milk and pour over the pitted dates; let it soak for 10 minutes
- grill the almonds until golden
- Mix the eggs with the vanilla, salt and sugar and continue mixing until it is foamy
-add the oil; then the milk-dates mix and continue mixing
- in another pot; mix the flour with the baking powder, baking soda; cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom
- add the flour mix to the cake batter and fold until all amount mixed well
- pour in 36 pre-prepared cupcakes pans with cupcakes papers inside.
- put in a heated oven (180 Celsius degrees) for 15 minutes
