Pasta Broccoli

Ingredients
80 gram(s) Pasta - Barilla Castellane (drum wheat semolina pasta) (by A_YELLOWPENGUIN) 8 anchovy Anchovy (anchovies) 150 grams Broccoli, fresh 1 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 clove Garlic
Directions
1. Cook pasta to packet/personal preference. Add in broccoli 5 mins from end, reserve 1/2 cup of water when draining.
2. Fry garlic with anchovies (2mins)
3. Mix together the pasta, broccoli and garlic anchovies mix together, adding in the reserved water (do this in a hot pan over the stove to ensure it's piping hot).
4. Serve with the parmesan sprinkled on top and a little salt/pepper to your taste.

Serving Size: Makes 1 decent portion for dinner
