Scalloped potato and cauliflower with ham

Ingredients
1.0 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw1.0 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw1.0 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat)1.0 tbsp Onion powder3.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A1.0 cup Cream of Chicken Soup0.25 tsp Pepper, black0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend0.5 tsp Garlic powder0.5 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese0.25 tsp Oregano, ground0.5 tbsp Basil3.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted0.12 cup Flour, white2.0 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Grease pan with either part of the butter in the recipe or with spray. Dice potatoes and cauliflower small (1/2 inch). Layer potatoes, cauliflower, ham, and onions. Mix flour with milk until smooth and then mix in all remaining ingredients including cheese and pour evenly over the top. Bake uncovered 45-60 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Let cool about 10 minutes and enjoy.
