Parmesan Kale Egg Muffins

Ingredients
6 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 11 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable 8 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved 8 mushroom Mushrooms, cooked 1 cup, chopped Kale
Directions
Don't overfill muffin cups like I did he first time. Pre-cook all ingredients to put in cup except eggs and cheese. Olive oil is for sauteing veggies.
