1 cup Edamame, shelled, fresh 1.5 cup Ancient Harvest Quinoa 1. cup Black beans, canned, drained and rinsed (by RUMBAMEL) 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 12 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 0.5 cup cilantro (fresh) (by MINDTHEGAP7) 1 tsp Splenda .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Cool quino for 18 minutes in water or vegi broth. Cool and add to the other ingredients.m
