Chicken Fettucine Alfredo

Ingredients
1 # chicken breast (boneless/skinless)...about 3 breasts12 oz fettucine1 c half & half3 T butter1 c parmesan cheese, gratedpepper to tastenutmeg to taste
Directions
Brown chicken breast & garlic in oil. Remove from pan and cut into bit size pieces. Alternatively, cut the chicken and then brown. Cook the fettucine (pasta of your choice). Remove & drain. Return to pot and add 1/2 & 1/2, butter & parmesan cheese. Stir well until butter is melted and pasta is coated. Add pepper and nutmeg to taste.

Yummy with Caesar salad or raw veggies & fruit.
