Simple Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup PB2 Pure peanut powder1 cup water1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari, low sodium1/4 cup rice vinegar4 dates, deglet noor pitted2 cloves garlic3 tsp. ginger root1/2 tsp. sriracha1/4 tsp. xanthan gum
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and process until fully blended. Enjoy!
