Lil Jens Gluten Free Banana Muffins

Ingredients
4 tbsp Butter, unsalted, melted & slightly cooled1/2 cup Sunflower Seed Butter (or preferred nut butter)4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh & very ripe4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/2 cup Coconut Flour (or flour of choice)1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 tsp Kosher Salt12 muffin liners
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Put bananas, eggs, butter and melted butter into blender and blend until mixed well. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until well incorporated. Put muffin liners in muffin baking pan. Pour mixture evenly into liners. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Serving Size:12 muffins
