Quick Shrimp Dinner

Ingredients
1/2 lb of Shrimp1/4 cup Maple Grove Farms Fat Free Dressing (or very low calorie, fat free salad dressing)
Directions
Clean shrimp.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place Clean shrimp in pie plate or cooking dish.
Pour the dressing over shrimp and bake for 18-20 minutes or until shrimp are tender.
Serve over brown rice and vegetable of choice.

    A 1/2 pound of shrimp has MORE calories than 198.3 and add in the dressing (?), for one serving??? I agree that a 1/2 pound of shrimp is fine for 1 serving, but the calorie count is probably 3 times what is in the nutritional info. Sounds good though. - 6/18/09
