Cauliflower Casserole-Keto Friendly

Ingredients
3.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 3 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted Spices to taste
Directions
Boil cauliflower (make sure to drain the water) put in heavy whipping cream and use immersion blender. Add egg, 1/2 of the cheese & all butter. Add onion powder, garlic powder and other spices to taste. Top with cheese and bake for 45 minutes at 350. Serving Size: 1 Cup
