Chocolate Fudge Avocado Cake

Ingredients
3 Avocados, California (Haas), mashed 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Honey 1 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 cup Almond flour 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 3/4 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
Mash Avocado, combine with remaining ingrediants. Bake in a spray coated 9" cake pan or put into cupcake pan. Bake 25-35 minutes Cool completely before frosting

Serving Size: Makes 1 small cake or 18 cup cakes
