Venison Chilli

Ingredients
1 lb. ground venison1 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped bell pepper1 tbs. chilli powder1 tsp. garlic powder1 can red kidney beans4 cups stewed tomatos2 cups water
Directions
brown venison, onions, and peppers in a heavy boiler. Drain and rinse. Return to boiler.
Add all remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serves 8.

Can be topped with low fat cheese and served with wheat crackers.
Served with a side salad, it makes a filling meal.
