2 cups Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat2 cups all purpose flour4 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Salt1 large Egg white, fresh
Mix flour, baking soda, & salt with yogurt until just combined, then knead about 15 times.
Separate dough into 8 sections, roll into balls & then make a home in the middle & stretch.
Place on parchment paper.
Beat egg white, & brush on top of bagels.
Cook at 375 for 25 minutes.
Will last in fridge for 3 days, but can cut & freeze for longer.
