Ingredients
3 serving Organic Valley® Organic Extra-Large Brown Omega-3 Eggs 1 egg (58g) 1 serving Bacon, Wellshire Farms Classic Dry Rubbed Bacon (2 slices) (by DLEEGUILL) .5 serving Ham Smoked, Oscar Mayer Smoked natural, 3 slices, KA .5 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips .1 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh 0.25 cup Market Pantry Cheddar Jack Finely Shredded Cheese (by LIGHT_LILY) 1 tsp KETO 0- Ghee Butter grass fed (4th & Heart) (by ANIA0422) 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Beat eggs and add to medium hot skillet with melted ghee. Add remaining chopped ingredients on top. Add cheese reserving small amount for top. After 2 minutes lower heat and cover for 2 minutes. Flip over to make the omelet. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes or until done adding remaining cheese to top.
