Blueberry Banana Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
2.25 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.25 tsp Morton Iodized Salt 1 cup Milk, 1% 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup Blueberries, fresh .25 cup Honey
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together, then add wet and stir. Pour into greased baking pan and bake at 350 for 35 min until firm. Cool and store in refrigerator. I like it best at room temp or slightly warm.

Serving Size: In 8" x 8" or 9 "x 9" pan, makes 9 servings.
