Ingredients
10 serving Egg (Eggland's Best Organic) 1 egg 0.33 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 1 cup Spinach, fresh 3 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon 1 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1) 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Coat a 9x9 baking dish with coconut oil. 2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and then add in all of the ingredients. 3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish. 4. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
