16.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 cup, diced Celery, raw1.0 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin200.0 grams Cilantro, raw8.0 tbsp *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise)1.0 tsp Curry powder1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 dash Salt0.5 lime yields Lime Juice
Combine chopped apple with lime juice to prevent browning. Chop or shred cooked chicken. Combine with chopped onion, chopped celery, and apple. Mix curry powder into mayo. Add curried mayo to salad. Stir in cilantro. Serve in lettuce cups, lettuce wraps, or on top of bell pepper wedges.
