Breakfast Quiche w/ Sausage & Peppers

Ingredients
11 large Eggs3 cups Green Peppers (bell peppers) .75 cup sliced Onions1lb ground breakfast sausage (pork)
Directions
Cook sausage and vegetables thoroughly.
Crack eggs into blender & add cooked items.
Blend until desired chunkiness.
Pour into baking cups, filling each 3/4 full.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until all stadium g liquid had been absorbed.

Serving Size:  Makes 12 quiches (in muffin tin)
