1 large Beef, shank bone-in, 1 lb 508 grams (2 medium) Red Potatoes 10 baby carrots raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 cups watersalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Place vegetables in slow cooker
season beef shank, then place on top of veggies
cover in water
cook on high 4 hrs/low 8 hours
