Corpus Christi Seafood Salad

Ingredients
1 cup Shrimp small, cooked 1 cup Transocean Crab Classic, chopped bite size 1 12 oz. can V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium 1 serving cucumber peeled, raw 1/2 cucumber 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw chopped 1/2 cup Cilantro, raw 1 Avocado, chopped 1 to 2, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes 1/4 Onion, sweet, raw 1 Jalapeno Peppers seeded and chopped 4 clove Garlic , minced 2 tbsp Horseradish 1 cup Lemon juice 1 tsp Tobasco Sauce or to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients, chill overnight to distribute the flavors fully, stirring occasionally. Serve chilled with saltine crackers. Serving Size: 6 servings
