Broccoli, Sweet Peppers & Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients
6 oz Great Value Walmart boneless ,skinless chicken breast 1 bunch Broccoli, fresh 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup Kraft Natural Cheese Mexican Style Cheddar Jack Finely Shredded 1 cup Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese 8 tbsp Green Mountain Farms: Greek Cream Cheese & Greek Yogurt 2 tbsp Coconut Oil Organic - Spectrum Naturals
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease baking pan with 2 tbsp of Coconut Oil.

Dice Broccoli, Dice Sweet Pepper, Measure and add 1 cup of Kraft Mexican Cheese, Measure and add 1 cup of Kraft Mozzarella Cheese with Philadelphia Cream Cheese and add half of the rectangular package of cream cheese and mix really well altogether.

Butterfly each chicken breast and then stuff the broccoli, sweet pepper, cheese mixture into the butterflied chicken breasts and close up.

Season top of closed up chicken breasts however you like.

Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until done.
