Low Carb Taco Casserole

Ingredients
8.0 oz Ground beef, lean2.0 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 clove Garlic0.5 cup Salsa1.0 serving Cheese - Cottage Cheese (Low Fat 2%) - Daisy brand - 1/2C0.5 serving Yogurt 1 C Nonfat Greek Strained Yogurt Fage Brand1.0 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Pteheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook hamburger, onion and garlic in pan until browned. Add taco seasoning and salsa to beef mixture and simmer a few minutes. In separate bowl, mix together greek yogurt and cottage cheese. Layer meat mixture, cottage cheese mixture, and cheese in 8x8" baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min or until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips. Garnish with diced tomatoes,black olives, diced avocado if desired.
