Cauliflower Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
1 cup Cauliflower, raw 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend 0.25 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Chop cauliflower and rice it in a food processor. Add Mrs. Dash original table blend and blend together. Mix in egg. Melt butter in a medium skillet. Dump cauliflower mix into skillet and spread evenly into the shape of a rectangle using a pancake turner. Using the edge of the turner, cut the rectangle in half and easily flip each side till egg is thoroughly cooked and starts to brown. Add cheese to each side and then flip one of the two halves onto the other facing cheese sides together. Continue to cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Serve, cool, and enjoy.
