12.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Milk, nonfat0.5 tsp Pepper, black0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 serving Sweet mini peppers (3)2.0 cup Great Value Finely Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese0.33 cup hungry jack hashbrowns prepared
Directions
Dice the into bit-sized chunks and cook in a large skillet, stirring often, until crisp. Drain the grease and set aside. Died up turkey breast. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Crack the eggs into large mixing bowl and add the milk. Whisk together until well combined. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Stir until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes or until eggs are set and edges are golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Serving Size: 12 servings
