Lemon Mousse

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Sugar In The Raw 8 ounces of Marscapone Cheese 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream 1 Tablespoon Lemon Extract
Directions
Chill the metal mixing bowl and beaters for at least 10 minutes. Whip the cream and sugar until stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, mix together the cheese, part of the cream, and lemon extract. Add cheese mixture into whipped cream. and mix gently. Put mixture into a plastic bag, cut the corner, and use as a filling with the sliced pound cake.
