1 tbsp Organic Coconut Flour Bobs Red Mill (14g) 1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Cream Cheese 0.5 tsp Baking Powder 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 1 dash Salt
In a bowl simply mix all the ingredients with a fork.
Transfer the mixture to a microwave safe greased bowl.
Microwave for 90 seconds or until the top is firm.
Cut the keto bread in half.

In a pan, heat a tablespoon of butter and toast the keto bread on both sides, until it gets a nice crispy color.
