Ingredients
1.5 cup Beans, black 1.5 cup Chick Peas .25 cup Lentils 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) .5 cup Yellow Cornmeal 2 serving Annie's Naturals Organic Worcestershire Sauce, 2 Tbsp
Directions
Mix ingredients, add more cornmeal as needed to thicken. Pan fry in 2 TBSP olive oil.
