Low carb pumpkin cheesecake mousse

16 oz Cream Cheese 1.5 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin 2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 2 serving Stevia, Sweet & Natural organic liquid - any flavor, 5 drops (by CRUZIN2LOSE) 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
Mix all ingredients adding cream last; whip after adding each item. Add salt to taste (I like about 1/4 tsp) -- to perk up the flavors.
Put the whole batch (you can make a 1/2 batch for 6 servings) into a pastry bag (or zip-loc bag) and pipe into dessert dishes then refrigerate to enjoy COLD.
