Paleo Dry-Rubbed Pork Ribs

48.0 oz Pork Ribs, country style1.0 tbsp Salt1.0 tbsp Paprika1.0 tbsp Garlic powder1.0 tbsp Onion powder1.0 tbsp Chili powder2.0 tsp Pepper, black2.0 tsp Cumin seed2.0 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Cover a lipped sheet pan with aluminum foil.
Place thawed ribs on foil and remove membrane from rib side.
Mix all of the spices in a small bowl.
Liberally coat all sides of the meat with the spice mix. Massage it in to every knook and cranny.
Bake for about 2.5 hours, flipping every 15 minutes or so. Tedious, but this ensures that your ribs will be very moist!
Put meat bone-side down and broil for just a few minutes.
Remove from oven and let rest until slightly cooled.
Slice and enjoy!
