Revised Amish German Pizza

Ingredients
16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1.5 tsp Salt divided1 dash Pepper, black 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 9 tbsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) .33 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 2 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat
Directions
In 12" skillet, brown ground turkey, onion and green pepper, 1/2 t. salt, and pepper. Remove from skillet and melt the butter. Add potatoes and sprinkle with remaining salt. Top with ground turkey mixture. Measure egg product and 1/3 c. milk and pour over all. Cook covered for approx. 1/2 hour until potatoes are tender. Top with cheese, cover and heat until cheese is melted. Serve in wedges.
