Tasty Cole Slaw

Ingredients
* 1 medium head fresh (about 5-3/4"dia) Cabbage, shredded * 1 large (7-1/4"-8-1/2" long) raw Carrot, shredded * 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) raw chopped Onion * 2 large (11"-12" long) stalks raw chopped Celery * 1 cup Hellman's Light Mayonnaise * 1/2 cup reduced fat Sour Cream * *2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil * *2 tbsp Dijon Mustard * 2 tbsp Honey * 2 tbsp red wine vinegar * * 3 packets (3 tsp) No Calorie Sweetener * 3 shakes Hot Sauce
Directions
Shred cabbage and carrot thinly. Chop celery and onion. In a large bowl add cabbage, carrot, chopped onion and celery. In a separate bowl mix mayo, sour cream, oil, honey vinegar, mustard, and sweetener. Pour over cabbage mixture. Toss to coat. Add hot sauce, one shake at a time, to taste. Serve chilled.
