1 c Flour1/4 c sugar1 heaping tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 c skim milk1/3 c plain nonfat yogurt1 tsp agave nectar
Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder. In a 1 c measure, add milk and yogurt, and fill remaining space with water. Combine wet and dry ingredients, and add agave nectar. Preheat griddle to 400 degrees. Spray nonstick spray (Must spray every batch! There's no oil in the batter and they WILL stick if not sprayed!) Cook pancakes. Enjoy!
