Ingredients
Directions
1 cup, unthawed Sliced Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened .5 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 8 oz Coconut water Vita Coco Summer plastic popcicle molds
PUt the frozen sliced strawberries in a bowl o thaw slightly and the blueberries in another bowl to thaw slightly. I find using Private Selection (Kroger brand) in the small low bush variety works best as they are the smallest blueberries that I know of.
Place a few blueberries into the molds first, then the sliced strawberries to the tops of molds so the blueberries will most likely be on top of pop when frozen. Extra pour the coconut water over the fruit then cap off the top with the popcicle bottoms and place into freezer overnight.
Serving Size: Makes 8 pops in mold containers
